Integrate Basics

Journey Creator allows diverse systems to share customer information, making it available for use in websites, apps, and other touchpoints without time-consuming IT integrations.

Use the tools in the Integrate tab to incorporate external applications and services into your customer journeys. From this tab, you can:

• Connect external API services
• Specify service providers, which will reference imported services from a compiled Shadow Connect file. Note that Shadow Connect is only necessary for 4.1 and earlier versions
• Map requests and responses from services with multiple formats using a simple drag-and-drop tool
